When seeking any services at Scenic Mountain Medical Center, it is very important that you bring your insurance identification cards, a signed order from your physician and any necessary referral paperwork from your insurance company with you. This enables us to verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-approval for HMO patients before receiving services. You will be asked to pay any co-pays or deductibles not covered by your insurance at the time of service.

Outpatient Testing

We have made scheduling and registration easy! If you need to schedule any of the tests listed below, please call our Central Scheduling line at (432) 268-4888.

On the day of your test, please arrive a few minutes early for registration. Our outpatient registration area is located next to our Emergency Department. Patients will find ample parking in the Emergency Department parking lot. Patient registration hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Surgical Services

If you are scheduled to have a surgical procedure performed, it is necessary for you to pre-register in our admission off which is located at the front entrance of the hospital.

• On the day of your surgical procedure, please report directly to the Same Day Surgery center which is located on the 4th floor of the hospital. Please park in the main entrance parking lot or the emergency room parking lot.
