Obstetric Services – Labor and Delivery means so much more at Scenic Mountain Medical Center. Expectant mothers can join our Tiny Toes program through Family Medical Center – Women’s Services Clinic. This program includes free Child-Birth education classes, Breast-Feeding classes, and soon we will have a “Sibling-In-Training” class for all of those first time siblings.

Gynecological Services – SMMC features a supportive, professional staff including two OB/Gyn physicians. Services include tubal ligations, hysterectomies, biopsies, exploratory surgery, dilation, and curettage (D&C).

Breast Screening – SMMC not only offers mammographies and ultrasounds of the breasts, but also a number of outreach education services, such as video tapes, information packets, and artificial breast model for group demonstrations and breast cancer awareness lunch and learn seminars. Mammography services are offered Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Malone Hogan Clinic. Contact your physician for a referral.
